Book Online

New clients - Before booking your appointment, please speak with us or complete our enquiry form. This will enable us to ensure you have the most suitable therapist/therapy approach for your presenting problem(s) and age range (adult/young person/child), with a therapist who has availability and availability that is convenient for you. We will get back to you asap, within 2 working days.

The system is 'live' so if appointments are changed or cancelled, these slots will become available. If there aren't any slots available that you can do, then please let us know as we may still be able to accommodate you.

If you have difficulties making an appointment, or need to change of cancel an appointment then please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full session charge. We really dislike doing this but unfortunately we are unable to offer this slot to anyone else at this short notice so. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, then there will be no charge and a refund will be issued

 

Health Insurance

A number of our therapists are registered with Health Insurance providers. If you are a new client then please contact us using our 'enquiry form' so we can check that we are able to provide these sessions for you. Once confirmed, you can then book your appointments using our online booking system under the 'book online' tab of this website, and select 'Therapy Session (Insurance Funded)' under appointment type. We can then bill your insurance provider on your behalf. If an excess is required then it remains your responsibility to ensure that this is paid, as per your policy’s terms and conditions.​
